Build your practice and deepen your experiences through the fundamentals of yoga. Students are instructed and supported in the process of learning proper alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques. The use of props is encouraged to support the practice and create greater confidence. This is a moderately paced class and open to the beginner and experienced practitioner.

Instructor: When Ilona Moore (RYT500) started questioning her life she began probing into the deep layers of her soul on a quest to find meaning. It was then that yoga opened its door to her and she began a self-study. From the beginning of her journey, she was immediately intrigued and quickly realized that it would not be a passing interest, but something infinitely more profound Ilona found that yoga does not reveal itself all at once, but is to be discovered as you live it, one day at a time. Yoga quickly became a way of life and she realized that she could not contain it and was meant to share it. For Ilona, the practice is similar to a bottomless container: the more you share, the more you have. And so she chooses to share!
