The Open Mind – All Levels Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 27, 2021
Improve strength, flexibility and balance through fluid movement and sustained holds in asanas (postures). This class blends alignment and mindful flow to help strengthen your connection to center and to encourage an even greater freedom of spirit. Experienced beginners and advanced practitioners are offered variations and modifications specific to their unique level; an uplifting and refreshing experience.
Offered: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm
These sessions will be limited to a maximum of 9 students per class.
Register ahead of time or call before arriving on the day to guarantee your spot in the class.
You must provide your own Yoga Mat to participate in the class.

Instructor: KD is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. His inspiration for yoga comes from the intent of living a truly authentic life, and he is passionate about sharing his yoga practice as a teacher with every possible opportunity.
KD’s yoga classes integrate the use of vinyasa flow, held poses, pranayama and, sometimes, a few non-traditional movements that create an engaging experience. His practice is well rounded and sometimes incorporates specific themes focusing on creating mindfulness, developing strength and endurance, and refining alignment and flexibility.
Coming from over 20 years in corporate life and a number of years in senior leadership, KD is very familiar with the stress in today’s fast paced life. His intent is to deliver yoga as a foundation and lifestyle to manage, nourish, thrive and live fully.
