Tai Chi has its origins in Taoism and Martial Arts. Today we may use Tai Chi to “fight” fatigue, stress, overwork or lack of understanding of oneself and one’s body. Tai Chi was designed to increase one’s longevity. Sometimes this means preventing another person from harming you. However, this same system can be used to help keep stress from killing or injuring you. Daily practice of Tai Chi promotes mental clarity and a healthy body, assists with balance and helps the circulation of the chi and the blood.
Investment: $15 per person or 10 classes for $130
Offered: Every Saturday from 9:30-10:30am and every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm
*Preregistration is requested, 5 person minimum.
Instructor: Efrain Brady is a Certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong Instructor and Director of the School “Tai chi Path to Integration”. He is an experienced bilingual professional (English – Spanish) with over 14 years of service in the healthcare field, and over 13 years of teaching experience (theory and practice) in disciplines that improve the function of body, enhanced mental health and lead to inner awakening
