The Strawberry Full Moon carries a sense of ripeness. It’s a moment of completion, awareness, and gentle release. Under the steady grounding energy of Capricorn, this lunation invites you to reconnect with your truth, your direction, and what you feel is genuinely aligned with moving you forward.

At the same time, Mercury begins its retrograde journey. This will encourage reflection, intentional pause, and a return to inner clarity. This combination creates a powerful window for realignment, offering space to clear what feels heavy and reconnect with what feels steady and true.

This evening is designed to support that shift.

We’ll begin with a soft arrival into the space, followed by insight into the energy of the Full Moon and Mercury retrograde. You’ll be guided through a meaningful release practice, creating space to move forward with greater ease and intention.

From there, a grounding meditation will help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and a more aligned version of yourself, steady, clear, and supported.

The experience deepens into a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies that calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and anchor new awareness into the body.

This experience is open to all, whether you follow lunar cycles or simply feel called to reset, reflect, and realign.

Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply supported in your path ahead.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. Extras will be provided if needed.

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
