Spirit Writing – Virtual Class

In life, there are many difficult decisions. It is easy to be sidelined by indecision, especially when noise and outside influence cloud your true self. When you need extra help on your tough questions, spirit writing can be a great tool for you.
Spirit writing, also known as automatic writing, is a form of channeling. You can use spirit writing to connect with your higher-self, spirit guides, and ancestors to receive important answers in your life.
In this class, you will learn about the types of questions to ask while spirit writing. And, you will be taken through the process of cleansing, protecting, and channeling through writing.
Bring pen, paper, and an open mind.

You will then receive a registration confirmation email which will contain a link to join the class. You may need to download and register for Zoom, an online platform, to join the class. Once Zoom is downloaded, you can use the link and password that you will receive upon registering for the class so you may join us at 7:00pm EST. Be sure to sign in a few minutes before the class begins. We will see you there!
Instructor: A long time meditator, Crissy Hester is well trained in a number of meditation techniques and has been teaching meditation for over 5 years. Crissy attends retreats regularly and is always involved in new courses to strengthen her practice and enhance her teachings.
She obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification through an immersive year-long course and has logged hundreds of hours of coaching since.
Complementing her meditation practice and life-coaching skills, Crissy is practiced in hypnosis and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is Reiki I & II Certified and moving toward her master certification.
She also brings over 10 years of past experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs for businesses.
