Qi Gong: The Art of Cultivating Energy to Preserve Health and Vitality

Qi Gong is a millenary practice that cultivates the conscious movement of energy for health, vitality, and connection with the Supreme. Together with acupuncture, acupressure, Moxibustion, Pharmacopoeia and Tui Na (massage), they form the basis of traditional Chinese medicine.
In this workshop, you will learn what Qi Gong is and how to use it. You will understand the Ideogram and how to use Qi Gong as a tool for prevention, healing, body strength and spiritual growth. You will assess the different ways to move energy through Qi Gong. And, you will discover various types of Qi Gong: preventive, healing, martial, and spiritual.
Pre-requisite for this workshop: “Energy (QI), The Energy Channels” or prior knowledge of energy channels and acupoints.
