Monday Night Meditation

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 30, 2020
Join us for an instructor-led meditation and discussion as you develop your meditation practice by maintaining a moment-to-moment relaxed awareness of your surrounding environment, bodily sensations, thoughts and emotions. Focus, flow and let go. All practice levels welcomed and supported.
*Preregistration is requested, 5 person minimum.
Instructor: A long time meditator, Crissy Hester is well trained in a number of meditation techniques and has been teaching meditation for over 5 years. Crissy attends retreats regularly and is always involved in new courses to strengthen her practice and enhance her teachings.
She obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification through an immersive year-long course and has logged hundreds of hours of coaching since.
Complementing her meditation practice and life-coaching skills, Crissy is practiced in hypnosis and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is Reiki I & II Certified and moving toward her master certification.
She also brings over 10 years of past experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs for businesses.
