Lifestyle Detox Makeover
January 12 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm$30
Lifestyle Detox Makeover program which is both engaging and teaches strategies that are easy and cost effective to implement. You can be making changes immediately towards better health but not feeling a sense of sacrifice in doing so. The goal is to help lower your overall Chemical Body Burden or the amount of chemicals that have accumulated in our bodies at any one point in time. This chemical buildup overwhelms our immune system leading to sickness and eventually disease, if left unaddressed. Many people feel that they can get healthy with just diet and exercise alone, and although important components, they are pieces of the puzzle leading to overall wellness. The entire chemical burden coming from our environment and the products that we use daily must be looked at as well as what’s in our food. Addressing this chemical body burden can truly allow us to enjoy better health. For example, personal care products alone are made with over 10,500 unique chemical ingredients and many people apply 15 or more products a day!
In this class you will learn a variety of information specifically chosen from the topics below:
Nutrition Makeover – Learn how to eat healthier while maintaining your diet of choice
Product Detox Makeover – You will learn about what chemicals are lurking in our personal care, cosmetic, cleaning and laundry products.
Household Detox Makeover – This covers the chemicals that are all around us that we are mostly unaware of such as paint, furniture, in our mattresses and bedding, candles, towels, our water and so much more.
Offered: Saturday January 12th from 11:00am-12:00pm
