FULL MOON Sacred Sound & Light Session – In Person
April 6 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm$30
Allow yourself to connect to the healing energy of the moon in Full Moon Sacred Sound and Light. Enjoy open discussion, guided meditation, and sacred sounds while basking under a soothing cosmic light.
We will discuss the energy of the current full moon and learn about full moon rituals of release and manifestation. We will also pull oracle cards for collective insight. After, we’ll relax to the sounds of the 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls. The frequency of 432hz is said to release emotional and mental blockages, creating new pathways of consciousness that are aligned with your highest healing. Astrologically, the Full Moon is the perfect time for this!
We have chairs, blankets, and yoga mats available for use. Feel free to bring your own!
This class is offered on Thursday, April 6th from 6:00-7:00pm
