Full Moon Candle Magic – In Person

Candles are one of the oldest and easiest forms of magic. Candles provide the perfect elemental balance to assist you in bringing your intentions into reality. 

Join us for this magical, hands-on class, where you will be able to create your very own intention/spell candle! We will provide you with all the materials and guidance necessary to prepare your very own candle that you will be able to take home with you.

We will walk you through the process of cleansing your candle, setting a clear intention, and dressing the candle with oils and herbs that parallel your intention (all materials included in the price of the class).

Get your new year started with new intentions! We have timed this class on the full moon, so this will be the perfect time to prepare a candle for manifesting your dreams!

Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.
She’s an ordained minister, and has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality, and incorporates this in her practice. As a lifelong student, she is always involved in new courses, retreats, and experiences to strengthen her practice and enhance her wisdoms.
A powerful intuitive, Crissy meditates regularly and is especially in-tune with energies. She is gifted in guiding clients to stay grounded and focused. She has a deep understanding when it comes to identifying and releasing energetic blockages in the body, chakras and aura, allowing for balance and healing in all aspects of her clients’ life.
With years of practice in hypnosis, Crissy has safely and gently guided many clients to gain deep insights through past life regression. Each session is unique and tailored for the individual. She begins by guiding the them into deep relaxation, after that she may lead them first to a childhood memory, then back to in utero and through their birth. Next, she takes them on to explore the many aspects of a past life. Including traveling to the most important events in that life and understanding how that physical life ended and possibly to the afterlife or the “between” lives, perhaps even a meeting with your higher self or guardian angel.
Crissy’s been called a gift to empaths, assisting her clients to clear energy, cut cords, and set up protection to strengthen their auras so they are less affected by the energy of others in day to day life. In sessions, she may call upon archangels and spirit guides to bring guidance and assistance. Crissy has also successfully guided many clients in forming a relationship with their own guides through the classes she offers at the center.
Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching and supervising teams and developing and facilitating training programs in the corporate world.
