In this event, you will be immersed in the ethereal tones of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, renowned for their ability to create a sense of deep tranquility and inner harmony. As the bowls are played, their gentle vibrations will envelope you in a symphony of healing frequencies.

The fall equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark! We invite you to surrender to the enchanting interplay of soothing sounds and lighting, to guide your meditative journey.

We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. However, we have chairs, blankets, and yoga mats available for use.

You will then receive a registration confirmation email which will contain a link to join the class. You may need to download and register for Zoom, an online platform, to join the class. Once Zoom is downloaded, you can use the link and password that you will receive upon registering for the class so you may  join us at 7:00pm EST. Be sure to sign in a few minutes before the class begins. We will see you there!
 
Instructor: Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, holistic health, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates them in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, past life regression.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and in the Atlanta area since 2012. She also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
