Essentials of a Meditation Practice

This two hour class takes you on an in depth journey of the fundamentals of a balanced and successful meditation practice. Join us as we explore the essentials including concentration, mindfulness and the compassionate heart. Meditation is for everyone, isn’t it time you enjoy all the benefits it has to offer? All levels are welcomed and supported.

Instructor: Crissy Hester brings a broad background of experience in which creativity and personal development are recurring themes.
A published author and artist, Crissy creates by connecting with the energy of her work though meditation. She has been practicing meditation for well over 10 years and serves regularly as a meditation instructor and life coach. Her diverse cliental consist of artists, athletes, children, scientists, and musicians just to name a few.
Crissy is well trained in a number of meditation techniques that all seem to compliment each other perfectly in her practice, including, but not limited to, light body, mindfulness, insight, inquiry, future visioning, as well as creative visualization. She attends retreats regularly and is always involved in new courses to strengthen her practice and enhance her teachings.
Crissy obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification through an immersive year-long course and has logged hundreds of hours of coaching since.
Complementing her meditation practice and life-coaching skills, Crissy is practiced in hypnosis and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is Reiki I & II Certified and moving toward her master certification.
Crissy also brings over 10 years of past experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs for businesses.
