Body Centered Meditation
February 16 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 11:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until March 16, 2019
Having trouble meditating? There is a wide misunderstanding that meditation is about having no thoughts. This approach has made meditation seemingly impossible for many people. This class offers a different approach. Rather than struggling to keep our minds free of thoughts, we shift our focus to the body. The experience of life begins in our physical body. By meditating using the body we can access a deep awareness of the innate wisdom of the body. We can release stuck energy and gain a sense of freedom from the difficulties of everyday life. Join us for an open discussion followed by an instructor-led live meditation. All practice levels welcome and supported.
