Children learn by example, having the whole family involved in meditation can help build a strong foundation and a deep sense of connection. Meditation helps us learn how to pay attention to our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, which allows us to be empathetic and more compassionate with others and ourselves. We have two sessions for your convenience. Bring the kids and join us for a Family Meditation session. Classes are designed for 5 years and up and a parent or guardian must accompany children.
Each class is unique. Classes may include a mixture of:
• Yoga exercises
• Mindfulness sensory exercises
• Breathing exercises
• Mindful story time
• Guided seated, standing, laying down or walking meditation sessions
• Mindful songs and poems
• Gratitude and loving-kindness meditations

Instructor: Crissy Hester brings a broad background of experience in which creativity and personal development are recurring themes. A published author and artist, Crissy creates by connecting with the energy of her work though meditation. She has been practicing meditation for well over 10 years and serves regularly as a meditation instructor and life coach. Her diverse clientele consist of artists, athletes, children, scientists, and musicians just to name a few. Crissy is well trained in a number of meditation and visualization techniques that all seem to compliment each other perfectly in her practice, including, but not limited to, light body, mindfulness, insight, inquiry, future visioning, as well as creative visualization. She attends retreats regularly and is always involved in new courses to strengthen her practice and enhance her teachings.
Crissy obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification through an immersive year-long course and has logged hundreds of hours of coaching since. Complementing her meditation practice and life-coaching skills, Crissy is practiced in hypnosis and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is Reiki I Certified and moving toward her master certification.
Crissy also brings over 10 years of collective experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs for businesses.
