Join us for an instructor-led meditation and discussion as we develop our meditation practice by maintaining a moment-to-moment relaxed awareness of our surrounding environment, bodily sensations, thoughts and emotions. Focus, flow and let go. All practice levels welcomed and supported.
Instructor: Crissy Hester brings a broad background of experience in which creativity and personal development are recurring themes. A published author and artist, she creates by connecting with the energy of her work through meditation. Crissy is professionally trained in various meditation techniques including light body, creative visualization, mindfulness and future visioning. She recently obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification and has logged over 200 coaching hours. Practiced in hypnosis, Crissy is currently working towards certification in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She also brings over 10 years of experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs.
