Come and let go of all the stresses of your day, relax, and accelerate your personal and spiritual growth through the act of meditation. Join us for an hour of guided meditation. Allow yourself to emerge into a present state of freedom and experience inner peace. The meditation techniques will vary from concentrated focus on a sound, object, visualization, breathing, movement, and focus. Take an hour out of your day to connect to the most authentic you! All practice levels are welcome.
Instructor: Crissy Hester brings a broad background of experience in which creativity and personal development are recurring themes. A published author and artist, she creates by connecting with the energy of her work through meditation. Crissy is professionally trained in various meditation techniques including light body, creative visualization, mindfulness and future visioning. She recently obtained her Law of Attraction life-coaching certification and has logged over 200 coaching hours. Practiced in hypnosis, Crissy is currently working towards certification in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She also brings over 10 years of experience from her roles in the corporate world including coaching and managing teams, as well as developing and facilitating training programs.
